1.1 How do I progress with the booking? What happens next?
1.2 Initially submit your enquiry form, your request will be reviewed regarding delivery and location. A quote will then be sent to you via email.
2.1 How do I confirm the event?
2.2 By sending a deposit of 25% - we will invoice you.
3.1 What if the numbers change closer to the event.
3.2 No problem, you can give us the final numbers a week before the event to avoid hiring extra crockery that is not needed.
4.1 I am on a tight budget. Can I collect?
4.2 We can offer a discount if you wish to collect and return the items from Christchurch, Dorset.
5.1 Do I get a discount for large orders?
5.2 Yes, for orders over 100 guests and where the delivery is within 100 miles from Christchurch, Dorset.
6.1 How are the goods delivered?
6.2 We either use our own staff, a pallet service or a 3rd party courier (TNT, City Link, Parcel Force, UPS or Hermes) The pallet service is £70 each way.
7.1 How much is delivery?
7.2 If we have to use our own staff the cost is 45p per mile each way from Christchurch, Dorset.
